Support for adults over the age of 18, who are living in North Liverpool and at risk of becoming homeless or have housing support needs. The service covers the following postcodes: Part of L4 and L13, L9, 10, 11, 12, 14 and 28. Creative Support can provide assistance with:

  • Finding accommodation
  • Help to sustain your accommodation
  • Support that promotes your independence and wellbeing
  • Making your home a comfortable, safe, and secure place to live
  • Budgeting and debt management
  • Filling in forms
  • Accessing benefits
  • Building confidence and working to improve mental and physical wellbeing

 

This is appointment based only - You can access this through attending our Pathways Advice Service drop-in's to book an appointment for further support around housing issues.
