These wellbeing workshops are targeted at members of our Polish speaking community and designed to improve self-esteem and help you take the next steps you need for a healthier, happier life.

Our wellbeing workshops will cover a range of topics and themes designed to help you understand how you can continue to develop and support your wellbeing , such as:
Emotional Well-being: We’ll help you understand how to manage stress, anxiety, and other emotional challenges and what you can do to improve self-care.
We’ll cover tools and options you can explore further to seek support such as therapy, mindfulness practices and support groups tailored to specific needs.
Lifestyle support: We’ll help you improve your lifestyle and look at various aspects, including physical health, financial wellbeing, and personal development.
Thinking about your education and career: We’ll help you reflect on where you want to go and what steps and support you can access to help you get there
Decision-Making Support: Understanding how to set clear goals, evaluate options, and consider long-term consequences to help support better decision outcomes.
Community and Networking: Building a supportive community can be instrumental in helping build connections to support your wellbeing..
Continuous Improvement: Here we’ll look at how once you have made a positive change you can keep going in the right direction by staying curious, making connections and adapting to changing circumstances to keep on growing and thriving.
