Event information:
Your chance to shape support around Pension Credit and Attendance Allowance.
Pension Credit and Attendance Allowance are benefits that could help boost income for people aged 65+, but many are missing out. Over £1.7 Billion of Pension Credit was estimated to go unclaimed in 2021 – 22.
We’re working with Citizens Advice Liverpool (CAL) to help create tailored support and resources to improve the take-up and understanding of these benefits. We want to hear about:
- Your experiences of claiming Pension Credit or Attendance Allowance
- Challenges or barriers to claiming these
- Reasons you or someone you know have not claimed these benefits
Your feedback will help CAL provide the right information and support to those who could be missing out on benefits they are entitled to.
This session is for you if you are:
- Aged over 65
- Already receiving benefits OR
- In the process of or thinking about claiming benefits
- Unsure of what benefits you are entitled to
Free tea and coffee will be available during the session.
