Learning sessions and Pathways Advice Service appointments from The Life Rooms are to be delivered in a wider range of community venues in Liverpool, to offer more access and availability to service users of Mersey Care’s community mental health teams (CMHTs).
Working alongside CMHTs to support their service users’ health and wellbeing, The Life Rooms will be delivering learning sessions to help improve people’s knowledge, skills and confidence with their own wellbeing, and appointments addressing practical and social issues through social prescribing.
Learning sessions
During April, our Learning team will be running sessions on the Five Ways to Wellbeing – key ways to boost wellbeing such as connecting with others, being active, learning, helping others, and taking notice. These sessions will be delivered at the following venues:
Bridge Chapel, Heath Road, Liverpool, L19 4XR
- Starting Tuesday 15 April. Check our Bridge Chapel timetable for more information.
Parklands Library, Conleach Road, L24 0TY
- Starting Thursday 17 April. Check our Parklands Library timetable for more information.
The Learning team will be chatting to participants to find out more about what courses would support their wellbeing, to deliver at these venues in the future. You can see all of our Learning timetables here.
