Who is this course for?

This qualification is for those who want to understand more about the links between nutrition and health. It is also ideal for people who are interested in pursuing a career in catering, hospitality, care, or leisure industries who need to understand what makes a nutritious and healthy meal.

The course consists of five 2-hour sessions, followed by a 45-minute multiple-choice assessment.

After you have passed the exam, you will receive a Level 2 qualification in Nutrition for Health. You do not need to complete any other courses before signing up to this.
