Let's Chat - Side by Side

Let’s chat is a group offering non-clinical support, giving you a chance to socialise and meet new friendly people. It’s an opportunity to help you move forward and forget about mental health issues for a while. The group will allow you to have fun chats and explore what other opportunities may be available to you! The first session of the month will be a side by side with members to help shape how the group will look going forward.
