Listening Ear – Drop In Service

It can be a relief to simply talk to someone about what you are going through, especially when they understand the extra challenges you face and can point you in the right direction to get the support you need. Our Listening Ear service is run by our Peer Support Worker with lived experience of mental health issues who provides a safe place for anyone who is looking for a listening ear, reassurance, and practical and emotional support.

This is a drop-in service, meaning that you don’t need to book an appointment to attend.
