Dancing around the World with Movema

Dancing around the world with Movema -is suitable for all, no experience needed. Energetic and fun vibes, dancing with World music and world dance styles to keep fit. You can take it into your own pace or challenge yourself. The instructor will always give you variation in the class. You will be learning a minimum 3 dance styles from around the world and we will finish with stretching, breathing and relaxation to give you full rejuvenation of the day.
