Listening Ear – Drop In Service

At times we all need some emotional support, practical support, and a friendly listening ear. Our Listening Ear service is a confidential one to one peer support chat with our Life Rooms Peer Support Worker, for reassurance, guidance, practical, emotional support or simply to let off a bit of steam. Please note, this is not a group session, counselling session, or a clinical service. This a drop on service Mon, Tues, and Wed from 10 – 1 so you can just drop in on the day.
