This course is Level 1 Accredited Qualification and offers you the opportunity to achieve a nationally recognised Level 1 Qualification for personal or professional development.  The course will:

  • Improve your awareness of Mental Health
  • Highlight the issues surrounding Mental Health difficulties
  • Dispel myths and misconceptions frequently linked to Mental Health
  • Provide information on how to offer support and break the stigma
  • Become part of a supportive group looking to improve their knowledge and understanding of Mental Health

The course will be 2 days in total (17 and 24 March) with an induction morning the week before the course starts(10 March). Please see leaflet on site for further information and eligibility criteria.
