This 5-week course explores the 5 ways to wellbeing: this is a recognised list of ways we can actively bring significant positive change in our lives. They are: Connect, Be Active, Keep Learning, help others and Take Notice. Each week, you will be set tasks to incorporate these elements into your daily life in order to improve your own wellbeing.
